What is the ideal size for my stick? 

It is very important to know that the choice of your stick size at any level is completely subjective.

. At early levels, the size of the bar ratio is as follows:

- Less than 140cm - 26" 28" 30"

- Up to 155 cm - 32 "34"

- More than 160 cm - more than 36.5 ”

What is the gutter for? 

Depending on your location, the function varies. In VLACK's Powerful line, the channel is located in the lower part of the stick, which will help you have more control over the ball; while in the Premium, Pro and MG15 lines it is located between 15 cm and 20 cm, benefiting drag and push gestures.

What is the age appropriate composition?

Some useful recommendations are the following:

- Initial levels under 8 years: 100% wood.

- Initial levels up to 10 years: between 5% and 10% carbon.

- Girls up to 15 years old: between 10% and 30% carbon.

- Children up to 15 years old: between 30% and 50% carbon.

- Ladies: between 10% and 50% carbon.

- Women older than 16 years: between 50% and 100% carbon.

- Men over 16 years old: between 70% and 100% carbon.
